Step 1: Registration


To take admission in any of the course, it is mandatory to fill the admission form. This can be done in two ways:

Step 2 : Fee Payment


Payment of fee can be done in any of the following manner

4 . Through Demand Draft / CTS Cheque
  • Fee can also be deposited by a crossed cheque or DD for the requisite amount at our office.
  • Demand draft / cheque must be in favor of “ACADEMY FOR RESEARCH IN SCIENCE EDUCATION” from a nationalized bank payable at Ernakulam.
  • Student must write his/her name, form number and contact details in the back of the DD / cheque.
  • Cheque should be issued from the bank account of the student / his or her parents. Third party cheques will not be accepted.

Points to remember


  • Cheque / DD sent by post should reach our office before the last date for fee payment.
  • Fee deposition time is between 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on all days. (Kindly note that on Sunday’s office will close at 4:00 p.m.)

Step 3: Registration


Student and his/her parents must come to the office directly and submit the following documents for the conclusion of admission procedures
1 . 2 recent passport size photographs
2 . 1 copy of class 10 mark list

If you discontinue the class room course you have joined, you are entitled for a refund of fee, as per the following norms

a ) Applications for Refund shall be submitted in the prescribed form available from the office
b ) No refund will be made for the amount remitted towards Registration. (Registration fee for Crash Batch – Rs 1,000/- only)
c ) Refund applications submitted on or after the day of commencement of classes will not be considered.
d ) Refund can be submitted either directly in office or through registered post. Make sure that the letter is received before the day of commencement of classes.
e ) Refund will be done between 15 to 30 days of receipt of application, through cheque in favour of the student.
